FOUNTAIN OF YOU [Reflect]: Self Reflection

Now that we are accessing our authentic voice within, we can listen to the deeper meanings behind what we have found along the way reflecting on the parts our life has played. Sustained by the Waterfall of Why we watch our whys ripple out to pull more self awareness into our emotional waters. Venturing deep into the Cave of the Subconscious can be a beneficial way to navigate this area, especially if emotional storms are exposing you to harsh elements while exploring your Whys. 

The Fountain of You is a beautiful ‘head-space’ to be in. It allows for a deep awareness of self, the whys behind our weather and water patterns, and keeps us close to the higher perspectives of Move It Mountain. When we’re here, we are coming from a balanced place of love and reason. Where our intuitive heart happiness can mix and mingle with our innate understanding and intelligence.

THE WILD SIDE: The Fountain of You represents our brain or mind in general, and self reflection. As our life energy flows into and through our body, the Waterfall of Why takes hold, starting the why ripples (cause and effect) that radiate throughout our waters. As the waning crescent moon brings more darkness (shadows or subconscious areas of work), we start to let our own light lead the way.


Eight main attractions make up the Human Hangover® map. These spaces guide us through developing a communication network within our inner landscape, so we can be conscious creators of our outer world. By using nature as a source of connection, we can pull on the familiar experiences of our physical senses, the symbolism and wisdom of mother nature, and create a personalized guide for our unique nervous system signature.

After completing an area on the map, specific information gathered at that location is then added to your Human Hangover® Remedy. By the end your remedy will be a step-by-step, personalized guide for that specific emotion or area of focus. This can be especially helpful to reference while trying to maintain longterm balance. When that emotion situation comes up or is triggered in the future, you’ll have a customized guide on how to work your body and mind through it together.

Remember to set-up a healthy support system and have medical professionals in place before diving in. Exploring unprocessed emotions can be overwhelming or cause mental and physical fatigue. Have a personal plan in place to help you navigate heavy feelings or experiences that may arise, in a safe and healthy way. Above all- be open, be curious, and have fun!
